Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all paid plans and add-ons purchased on the YaariPics platform, operated by Bazaarlytics Analytics & Consulting Private Limited.
1. Overview
YaariPics offers per-event pricing. When you purchase a Plan or add-on for an Event, the Plan is activated immediately. Because the Service is digital in nature and provides immediate access to features, refund eligibility depends on usage.
2. Refund Eligibility
2.1 Full Refund (within 24 hours)
You are eligible for a full refund if all of the following conditions are met:
- The refund is requested within 24 hours of purchase.
- No Media has been uploaded to the Event after the Plan upgrade (i.e. the upgraded features have not been used).
- The Event has not been shared with Participants after the upgrade.
2.2 Partial Refund (24 hours to 7 days)
If you request a refund between 24 hours and 7 days after purchase, and less than 20% of the Plan's photo limit has been utilised, you may be eligible for a partial refund of up to 50% of the purchase amount, at our discretion.
2.3 No Refund
Refunds will not be issued if:
- More than 7 days have passed since purchase.
- More than 20% of the Plan's photo limit has been utilised.
- The Event has been actively used by Participants after the upgrade.
- The Plan was purchased as a gift or promotion at a discounted price.
3. Add-ons
Add-on purchases (e.g. extra photo packs, extended storage) are non-refundable once the add-on has been applied to an Event. If the add-on has not yet been applied, a full refund may be requested within 24 hours of purchase.
4. Free Plan (Yaar Starter)
The Yaar Starter plan is free of charge. No refund applies as no payment is collected.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us with:
- Your registered WhatsApp phone number.
- The Event name or Event code.
- The date and amount of purchase.
- The reason for the refund request.

6. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. The actual credit to your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
7. Cancellation
Since YaariPics uses per-event pricing (not recurring subscriptions), there is no subscription to cancel. Each Plan purchase is a one-time transaction for a specific Event. You may choose not to purchase a Plan for future Events at any time.
If you wish to delete an Event and its associated data, you can do so from the organizer dashboard. Deleting an Event does not automatically trigger a refund; please follow the refund request process above if applicable.
8. Disputes
If you are not satisfied with our refund decision, you may escalate the matter by writing to us at hello@yaaripics.com with the subject line "Refund Dispute". We will review and respond within 15 business days.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
