Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the YaariPics platform ("Service"), operated by Bazaarlytics Analytics & Consulting Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), a company registered under the laws of India, with its registered office at DPB, Mahadevpura, ORR, Doddanekundi, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560037.

By accessing or using YaariPics, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Definitions

• "Event" means a photo/video album created by an Organizer on the platform.
• "Organizer" means a user who creates and manages an Event.
• "Participant" means a user who joins an Event to view or contribute media.
• "Media" means photos, videos, and any other files uploaded to an Event.
• "Plan" means a pricing tier selected for an Event (e.g. Yaar Starter, Yaar Plus, Shaadi Special, Yaar Forever).

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an Event. Participants of any age may access an Event with the Organizer's consent. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Account & Authentication

YaariPics uses WhatsApp phone number verification. You are responsible for maintaining the security of the phone number linked to your account and for all activities that occur under your session.

4. Events & Media

4.1 Organizer Responsibilities

Organizers are responsible for the content uploaded to their Events. By creating an Event, the Organizer warrants that they have the right to collect, store, and display the Media uploaded by Participants.

4.2 Participant Responsibilities

Participants warrant that they own or have permission to share all Media they upload. You must not upload content that is illegal, obscene, defamatory, infringing, or otherwise objectionable.

4.3 Licence Grant

By uploading Media, you grant YaariPics a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to host, store, process (including face recognition where enabled), display, and distribute the Media solely for the purpose of providing the Service. This licence terminates when the Media is deleted from the platform.

5. Plans, Pricing & Payment

Pricing is per-Event. The features and limits of each Plan are described on our Pricing page. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable advance notice. Payment is processed through third-party payment gateways; we do not store your payment card information.

6. Storage & Deletion

Each Plan specifies a storage duration. After the storage period expires, Media may be permanently deleted. We will make reasonable efforts to notify the Organizer before deletion. The "Yaar Forever" plan provides lifetime storage, subject to the continued operation of the Service.

7. Face Recognition & People Tiles

Some Plans include automatic face grouping ("People Tiles"). Face recognition data is processed solely for the purpose of grouping photos within the Event and is not shared with third parties. Face data is deleted when the Event or Media is deleted. By enabling People Tiles, the Organizer confirms they have informed their Participants about this feature.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Upload Media that violates intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' Events.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the platform.

10. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, branding, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Bazaarlytics Analytics & Consulting Private Limited. User-uploaded Media remains the property of the respective uploader.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant Event Plan in the twelve months preceding the claim.

12. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its directors, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your use of the Service.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for a breach of these Terms or for any other lawful reason, with notice where practicable. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
